“!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!We travelled from Ireland to this villa last week as a family of 9, looking forward to a great holiday together…. Everything was pre agreed with the host, the money was paid, information was exchanged, the terms and house rules of our stay were agreed by both parties before we departed on our holiday. We landed in Gran Canaria and picked up the 9 seater rental car we ordered and headed onwards to our dream vacation. It quickly turned into a nightmare, as the villa was……

“Property is very clean although it was a little tired. The pool loungers and outside chairs were old with frayed fabric, electrical sockets were loose as were the WC flushes. The TV was old and not a smart TV with the advertised Satellite TV (from a fire stick) not working and not replaced / acted upon by the Agent. The pool is small (as expected) so never used although smelt heavily of chlorine. That said we (4 adults) had an enjoyable holiday. The nearby Spar shop was adequate for essentials……

“Facility exactly as described. We were concerned about street parking, but never had a problem. Enjoyed cooking. Found great restaurants in and around Las Palmas. Had issues with Google map directions, as a required turn was not noted. Nice spaces for family to gather. Recommend highly. ”

“Very informative and easy communication with the villa owner Ger. Perfect villa for a family or group of friends - well equipped and well functioning. Sun all day. The house is pretty much sheltered with less wind. Nice view of the golf court and you can also see the ocean. Great jacuzzi and a small swimming pool was really nice, also for the kids. Access to two large swimming pools within the villa area were also nice. Great golf course, driving range and putting area within short walking……
