“Gemütliches Appartement neben der Kathedrale, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Bäcker und Gaststätten direkt daneben. 3.Stock, keine Wohnung darüber, auch deshalb relativ ruhig. Koffer müssen dann eben nach oben getragen werden, kein Aufzug vorhanden. Dachterrasse mit Möblierung. Da jedoch vom Dach Wasser auf die Terrasse läuft und durch den ausgelegten Kunstrasen der Abfluss verdeckt ist bedeutet dies, dass nach Regen die Terrasse praktisch nicht oder nur……

“This is a great apparent with an excellent view. Full view of the Alhambra from the living room and giant terrace. The rooms were a good size. Full kitchen. Clean and modern. The only problem was the heating. It was December and it was cold for Spain and the apartment had clearly been empty for a couple day before our visit. The wall switch heaters got warm but produced very little airflow. It took two days before it was warm enough to sit in the living room. There are radiators but……

“We loved the apartment! It was large, comfortable, peaceful, beautifully decorated and clean. Roberto and particularly Susana were really friendly and helpful with check in and providing information, recommendations and booking a taxi. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance from the Alhambra, flamenco bars and other attractions”

“Spacious apartment in the perfect location to visit sights, stores and restaurants. We were a party of 6, stayed for a week, and there was plenty of room in the unit. Host was responsive with requests for extra necessities. Would definitely recommend. There was some loud noise from the street on weekends but closed windows minimized that. ”

“The space is quite sprawlingly large and has an excellent location in town. The view of Alhambra is nice as well from a den-style sitting area. It is a very quiet street at night despite proximity to Nueva Plaza (no street noise overall or in the apartment).”

“Great location, we did not need a car, we just took the train / bus / walked to where ever we needed to go. Lots of stores, shops, panderias in the area. The apartment was well laid out, and perfect for our family of 5 which included 3 kids. Fernando made the check in process very easy and he was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely consider staying at Casa Montalbán in the future.”
