"The studio was nice and sufficient, even though it is smaller than you might expect from the photos. Some of the furniture seems a bit old, and some of it has some wear and tear in the bathroom, but generally it is adequate, well equipped and clean. "Nos quedamos en el chalet. El lugar es precioso. Se respira tranquilidad y se puede admirar la naturaleza de los alrededores. La piscina limpia y hay tumbonas para tomar el sol. "The sun terrace is superb. Everything you need for outdoor dining and sunbathing, with stunning views of the surrounding valley. The pool area is very nice and easily accessible, although we didn't use it during our stay. So much else to see and do, not just in Puerto Rico, but also the surrounding areas. Gloria Palace San Agustin Thalasso & Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We loved our stay here, we had a junior suit on the corner, the view was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Although some parts of the room were showing a bit of age it was very clean. Staff were mostly very friendly although we did come across one waiter and bar staff who were slightly rude. The rest of the staff made up for this massively. The pool is nice and always had plenty of beds available. Although it was cold it was appreciated in the heat. The pool entertainment was always fun. The spa is lovely we were lucky to get a free entry with the tour and really enjoyed the pools. Food was good, we enjoyed the different themed nights, im a fussy eater and always found something to eat. Entertainment was a lot of fun however we did notice the different performers played the same songs, we guessed they are trying to appeal to an older audience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come again. "
