“The sun terrace is superb. Everything you need for outdoor dining and sunbathing, with stunning views of the surrounding valley. The pool area is very nice and easily accessible, although we didn't use it during our stay. So much else to see and do, not just in Puerto Rico, but also the surrounding areas. A water taxi to Puerto de Mogan is a must. The location of the property is good, although with the high position there is a good walk down to the centre and the beach. But if you don't mind a 5……

“Property matched the listing pictures. Spacious rooms and everything finished to a high standard. Very quiet area. Pool was pretty cold but it was January! Very safe and secure feel to the development. Neighbours were friendly. Good location. Euro Centre a short stroll up the hill with a huge choice of bars and restaurants, plus a good Dino supermarket.We had some Comms issues with the agent. No replies to messages during the stay and the contact number rang out. Our initial issue was accessing……

“En veldig koselig plass med fin hage og bassengområde. Eneste minus er at det var dårlig kommunikasjon med resepsjon/ eier? og at leiligheten bærer preg av at den er dårlig vedlikeholdt. ”

“Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die beiden Strände sind nur 1-2 Gehminuten entfernt und auch der Spar Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in und Check-out waren super einfach und problemlos. Die Parkplätze sind zwar sehr ausgelastet, aber wir konnten immer eine Lücke in der Nähe finden. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder besuchen und allen weiterempfehlen. ”

“The apartment was very nice, obviously recently renovated with all mod cons. Very conveniently located with easy access to beach, restaurants and bars.The apartment also had a large balcony which would have been nice to sit out in and enjoy the excellent view of the mountains.I rate this apartment as 5 stars but have the following suggestions which would make it even better.1) The seats on the balcony were hard plastic with no cushions and very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. “Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort. Unsere Kinder (zwischen 1,5-15 Jahren) hatte alle sehr viel Spaß. Der Außenbereich bietet für jedes Alter etwas. Es waren sogar Spielsachen/ Fahrräder vor Ort. Die meisten touristischen Ziele und den Flughafen erreicht man in 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Ein gelungener Urlaub”

Renhold: **, kun utvask, intet renhold under opphold, fant ut på slutten av oppholdet at det fantes tørkestativ for klær under sengen Utstyr kjøkken: ****, mye kokeutstyr, ikke oppvaskmaskin.”

“Place was as advertised and location was great. 30 second walk to the beach and oceanfront boardwalk. Less than 5 minute walk to the shopping centre for groceries. guaranteed parking spot inside. Check in is a bit funky as the keys to get inside the compound are locked inside the condo which has a combination lock on the front door. A helpful neighbor let us in through the main gate. Other option would be to hop over it I guess.Other than that oddity the place is lovely with a well appointed……

“From the initial communication to leaving the villa ,I cannot fault VRBO and Gran Canaria stays The villa was as described, the pool was fantastic, there was nothing that was not in the villa, that we had to go and buy. The daily bread over the fence was a nice little touch. Would definately book again”
