"From the initial communication to leaving the villa ,I cannot fault VRBO and Gran Canaria stays The villa was as described, the pool was fantastic, there was nothing that was not in the villa, that we had to go and buy. "Place was as advertised and location was great. 30 second walk to the beach and oceanfront boardwalk. Less than 5 minute walk to the shopping centre for groceries. guaranteed parking spot inside. Check in is a bit funky as the keys to get inside the compound are locked inside the condo which has a combination lock on the front door. A helpful neighbor let us in through the main gate. Other option would be to hop over it I guess.Other than that oddity the place is lovely with a well appointed...

"The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A very well equipped kitchen which included a dishwasher and washing machine. The lockbox was faulty on arrival resulting in a call out. We were advised 10 mins. Someone arrived 1.5 hours later with no updates provided. I understand problems arise but communication was very poor with the company managing the property. Hopefully it's now fixed so others can enjoy this lovely property."
