「Reception staff failed me totally. They pretended to say problem with the rear exit door making a BANGING NOISE when closing. My room 9016 was next to said door/ gate. Constantly BANGING from early morning until late evening. I asked on FOUR occasions for someone to fix the door but nothing happened. The rooms were lovely airy and reasonably clean with some cleaners being better than others as regularly found areas they missed but nothing major. 「We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Maspalomas. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the beautiful Maspalomas Dunes. Det lå en liste på rommet som vi skulle krysse av på, men den var ikke lett å forstå og de som vasket rommet snakket bare spansk! Det er helt utrolig at de tar så mye for å vaske klær! Det burde spesifiseres mer da det står at man har mulighet for å vaske klær på hotellet! 」
