「The accommodation was very well presented quality furnishing comfortable and everything we needed for the 4-day stay with my grandchildren. Staff where very helpful throughout our stay right from the initial welcome brief early booking in and VIP experience. Location was great just a short bus ride from the centre, the pools and hot tubs where well maintained and great for the kids to have plenty of fun. 「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...

「The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.」
