「Location was so beautiful and easy to get to while still being private. We visited from Texas and were met with snow our first night and we loved it. Interior was so well put together and the kitchen was amazing. There’s a fire pit and grill with outdoor lights. The balcony on the second floor was nice to view those mountain sunsets and sunrises! 「The house was beautiful and clean. It had a really nice view and not too far from Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. We really enjoyed our stay there. 「Cozy, quiet. Hot tub was awesome. Host was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the bed was terrible, uncomfortable and noisy- didn’t sleep good for 4 nights. Needs a thorough cleaning-oven was sooo dirty, cob webs and dirty ceiling fans, windows not cleaned from pet noses. I don’t think extra cleaning is being done with the pet fee.」

「Place was OK. We asked for a Water/Town view 3 times doing the process. Got a room looking at a hill with trees. Was issued a 80.00 parking ticket because I was one spot away from where I should have been. They never delineated where to park in the underground garage. They share with another lodge and I was in one of their spots i guess. We are on the hook to dispute it, when I feel the staff could have communicated this issue way better. That said it holds 150 vehicles and there was 20 in it...

「The fridge had a leak, like all the reviews previously listed. The doors are all hard to open or the locks don’t lock, the grill had problems. Tanks were low so we had to move our burgers into the Kitchen. The air didn’t work but luckily the mountain air kept cool, didn’t test the heat. The outlets in the living area didn’t work and were fire hazards.」

「This is a really wonderful place to stay for a couple. The bed was comfortable everything was nice, clean and organized. Susan was super responsive and very communicative of what was expected of us and was able to walk us through getting into the property even with Vrbo goofing up and not sending a check-in email.
