“Professional staff, well kept property and plenty of parking. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. My only complaint is that the windows needed some privacy while letting light in. The windows were equipped with black out blinds which is great at night but during the day, I'd like to still have some light though but not be in full view of other guests at the hotel. Also the windows needs to have bug screens on them because fresh air is nice but not at the expense of insects coming in as well.”

“The room itself was fine. The staff and service weren't at par with what I'd expect from a Best Western. Some of the front desk/reception staff are a bit rude, and the service could have been better too - we didn't have a face soap on the day of arrival. Breakfast was pretty good, however could do with more pastries and fruits. ”

“Lived in standard sea view room but strictly speaking is garden view. Toilet flush was broken and even the toilet door lock also broken down. The only bright point is the restaurant Ocean 7, good environment and the food quality is good too. However, better to go earlier since we only could get our dinner after 8pm after making the orders at 7pm.”

“This is a fraudulent listing. When we called to check-in the phone was answered by an intoxicated person who refused out stay. VRBO provided us no ability to cancel or return our funds. From my conversation with the intoxicated person they are a tenant that is renting the home illegally.”

“Jen helped me with my bags and took the time to talk. A lovely woman. She’s so welcoming. The room and bathroom were as spotless as always. The bed and pillows are always so comfortable and the location is right in town so you can walk everywhere. The lake is a short drive as well as hiking trails. I love the old hardwood floors , and comfy furnishings in the common areas. The kitchen is so spacious and has 2 stoves , big fridge and anything you need from Brita coffee makers to plates cups and……
