「Perfect little house! My kids and I needed a place to stay while touring some local colleges. Beds were very comfortable, amenities worked perfectly, and parking was easy. Only about 30 minutes from Newport, so we'll definitely be back for weekend trips!」

「Nice long weekend getaway. The house was comfortable and clean. It was a good location—2 min drive to East Matunuck Beach and close enough to Route 1 to get to Wakefield and Narragansett easily. 」

「This was the perfect house for our family of five to rent for a long weekend while we attended family 50th anniversary events in Newport! Nicely decorated, clean and located on the water! The host thought of everything..,fridge was full of beverages and snacks! Would definitely rent again!」

「Cottage is larger than it appears in the pictures. Host was very responsive. Marina next door has friendly staff with easy and delicious food options. Great spot from which to explore the area!」

「The place was nicely decorated and comfortable. Watching the sunrise on the deck was the best. Great location. Easy access to Point Judith ferry to Block Island, Newport and local beaches. When we were there the smell of the wild roses filled the air - heavenly,」

「I can't say enough about how perfect this cottage and it's location are! I came by myself, a friend met me a few days later, and it was lovely! I felt safe, close to everything (shopping, coffee, the beach, the Pond!), and the cottage was perfect. I was able to leave my paddle board down by the Pond, allowing me to paddle every morning. The beach was a short ten minute walk away, which was perfect. I brought my bike and the riding was gorgrous. Charlestown Beach is the most beautiful beach...

「We absolutely LOVE this property! This was my husband and I’s 2nd stay here and it was just as amazing this time as it was the first! Listening to the bird sanctuary and Tree Frogs at night on the little back deck was great and weirdly, calming. My husband’s favorite thing…..the outside shower! The Cottage had everything we needed and was comfy cozy! The upkeep and cleanliness were on point! We will we back!!! 」

「The place was exactly as described and very fresh and clean. Short walk to the beach where we happened to catch a live music and art festival with a fantastic sunset as a backdrop. The little market around the corner was very convenient and the overall atmosphere very beachy and relaxed. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower and host was very responsive (though we didn't really need much as everything was so convenient. Great stay close to the BI ferry and lots of local attractions.」

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
