"This property was definitely not suitable for holiday accommodation our plane was delayed and we arrived at 1.30 a.m. We had to pick up the key in one area of the town and walk to another area as there did it seem to be any taxis. We had had no previous Iousnindication it was on the 4th floor and the lifts did not work at night. It was overlooking busy railway line and busy docks.."
