The apartment features 2 dedicated bedrooms alongside a versatile living and sleeping area, all finished with beautiful and modern furnishings throughout. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The living and sleeping room is furnished with 1 double sofabed, making it ideal for additional guests, and opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 20 m2 through a dedicated exit. The apartment includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC. A well-equipped kitchenette completes the interior layout, featuring a 4-ceramic glass hob hotplate cooker, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. Outside, guests also have access to a small private garden of 60 m2, enhancing the overall living space with a pleasant outdoor area.
