Best Stay in Concan

I had such a wonderful time at the Highball by Speakeasy! The place was super clean and well thought out, so I never felt the need to leave. The only hiccup was that the pool heater wasn’t working during my visit, which was a bummer. But honestly, my family had an absolute blast anyway! Kelly was amazing—so helpful and always there to answer our questions. She even tried her best to get the pool fixed, but with it being Easter weekend, no luck this time. Despite that, I would definitely rent again!

Luxury for Large Groups!

This place had it all! The coffee bar, pool, and hot tub were a few of our favorite things! We were able to have space as needed and never felt crowded. There is plenty of space to spread out and tons of seating options everywhere. We loved this place and would stay again!

Excellent Stay!

This property is even better than the photos! Very modern architecture, incredible interior design and lots of windows to take in the breath-taking views of the valley. It was also very well-equipped for large groups - plenty of dishes, games, seating, and space! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. We had an amazing time and will be back!

Best vacation ever!

It’s hard to find a home to rent that fits so many people comfortably so this rental is a gem!!! Everything about this beautiful home is amazing from the views to the amenities. All 8 kids were entertained the entire stay with the hot tub/pool, video games, board games, air hockey etc. Booking was easy and the hosts go above and beyond. We had a great time and can’t wait to book here again!

Frio get away

We had a blast and enjoyed this home so much! Kelly was extremely responsive and helpful. The community was having water issues that were out of Kelly’s control but she did everything possible to ensure she was on top of things as well as keeping us informed! House was amazing!

Gorgeous!

We get together as a family every year and this is definitely one of our favorites , we enjoyed very much out group has 20 guest that vary from ages 1yr- 58yr and there was something for each one to just enjoy not to mention the views that was everyone’s favorite! Kelly was amazing and very quick to respond. Loved it! Will come again!

Perfect getaway retreat

The description/pictures do not do justice to how nice the Highball is. The house was modern, accommodating and more than our group expected. The views, hot tub, fire pit, coffee bar and the large gathering spaces were perfect (and more than enough) for our group of 15. We're already booked again for another stay. Double thumbs up on this one!

The Highball was way better than advertised! Breathtaking views - the pictures from the listing do not compare. We had the best time! There’s no need to leave because you have everything there! Kelly was the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was very welcoming, informative, and quick to reply when we had questions. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Concan. Can’t wait to come back!

10 out of 10 would recommend!

This place is legit. It is a beautiful build in the perfect place. Swimming pool is great, but the large hot tub was the best. Relax and overlook the hill tops with a great view. Ample space, property was clean and stocked with everything you would need. This was a trip for Family and close friends, we had a blast. The river is a short trip away, but we mostly stayed in the pool and hot tub. This place did not disappoint. The view is amazing. 10 out of 10, Would Recommend!

Amazing house in Concan, TX

This house is absolutely amazing. It is great for families and large groups of people. It has lots of amenities, a beautiful view, and an amazing pool. The host thought of everything to make us feel comfortable and have a good time. I highly recommend staying here! It is very close to Garner state park, which has wonderful hikes, but if you don’t even leave the house, it will still make for a perfect vacation because of how spectacular the property is. Even though there were no issues, the host was very responsive and available for any questions we had. I cannot recommend this house and host enough.

superb!!

To say this place is beautiful is an absolute understatement!! The house itself is amazing but when you factor in the view, its simply breathtaking! The bedrooms are spacious and inviting; the living room and kitchen area is enormous and great for a gathering. The outdoor patios, swimming pool, and hot tub are excellent!!! Sitting under the stars in the hot tub was a completely relaxing way to end the day. Definitely more resort feel than just a house to stay at. I highly recommend The Highball for your upcoming vacation destination. Two thumbs way up!!

Beautiful Experience

My husband and I brought 22 young adults for a weekend retreat, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. Kelly was incredibly accommodating in answering all of our questions and helping us with any need we had day or night. The house was absolutely beautiful with some of the prettiest views of TX we’ve ever seen. Parking was easy, as were all of the instructions for the house. Thank you Kelly for a fantastic experience during the hottest week of the year! We will be back again!

Awesome!!!

We had an amazing stay at the Highball by Speakeasy!!! The property was not only stunning and spacious - it had something to do for every age group !!! The hilltop views, Star filled nights, absolutely beautiful infinity pool And hot tub - it was high end resort style type of stay. We played shuffleboard, ping pong, darts, corn hole, games, etc. And it was 5-10 min drive to the Frio River - we can’t wait to go back again!!!

Amazing space, amazing views & so much to do!

The house itself is amazing, many rooms & a spot for everyone. The views are breathtaking & there is just so much to enjoy & do. From the pool to the hot tub, the board games, big games, there is truly something for everyone. The river is close by, ready to float around when the weather is nice or take a hike around. There really isn’t any reason to leave, just show up, relax & have some fun. The owners have done an FABULOUS job of paying attention to every detail & it shows. We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing such an awesome space! We loved it.
