Family weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the home. This was our second year staying here. Our only complaint is that the outside benches around the picnic table need to be removed. Last year we has several stubbed toes. this year we had a broken toe along with a stubbed toe. This was a complaint last year as well. This is why the 3 stars for property general condition. The inside floor of this property was not as clean as the previous year. Floor was sticky and dirty upon arrival. The bedsheets in one beds hadn't been changed (had been slept in). Lastly the beds in the bunkroom had fireants in them. We found chips, chip/snack bags and snack crumbs under the mattress. I don't think the cleaning crew is doing a thorough job. It's such a beautiful place in a great location. We will definitely rebook and hopefully these issues will have been addressed.

Great house and plenty of room!!

Christmas/new year getaway with the whole family☺️

Perfect floor plan to host a big family and very clean! No stairs which is amazing if you have elderly people or toddlers in the group which we had some of both☺️ Would definitely book this place again!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very spacious; however, if we had realized it was the FIRST house when you enter the property (therefore the FURTHEST from the river), we would not have stayed there. Also, everyone stubbed their toes on the outside table and my sister broke two toenails on it 😫. It also says there are 6.5 bathrooms, where was the half bath located? We had to call maintenance on Saturday morning because the oven wouldn’t turn on (it was on sabbath mode). I would recommend checking the ovens before guests arrive.

4 Generations at the Heartstone Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Heartstone Lodge is by far one of the best vacation rentals in Concan that we have stayed in. The property was top of the line from its cleanliness to the the smallest of its amenities that were provided. The home is within walking distance to the river which was nice. There was ample parking. We enjoyed the pool and the kiddos loved the playground. We loved that there is "not" many bunkbeds in this home. This was nice for us adults. Aside from some of the family constantly stubbing their toes on the outside wooden benches, our stay was wonderful. We will definitely be back next year.
