“John was a great host, very communicative and responsive if we needed something. The place was very clean and great for a little getaway. Close to gas station, convenient stores and Garner State Park. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the small playground. The only small complaint was that you could hear the neighbors upstairs quite a bit. We stayed up late though so it didn't bother us too much for sleeping. ”

“Kelly the host of this place is a great help in all aspects of your stay! The house is amazing! My family and friends enjoyed all the amenities ! The theater room upstairs, the pool, the TV’s, BBQ setup. Just a great experience. We will definitely be back soon ! ”

“This place has potential, but also has some issues.1) It was not clean when we arrived. The owner quickly rectified this but caused a delay in our check-in and left a gross feeling in the house knowing how it was essentially speed cleaned in an hour.2) the pool is pretty bad...old, flaky bottom that was peeling off in multiple places. It was also very cloudy when we arrived.3) The kitchen is one of the worst stocked I've rented...dull knives, disorganized, just bad”
