Les Thermes 402 "Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Gegend 🙂 Das Appartement (Erdgeschoss) ist für 3 Personen ausreichend groß. Es gibt sogar 5 Schlafplätze. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Das große Bett ist sehr bequem, sehr gute Kopfkissen. Es gibt eine kleine Sitzecke draußen, die durch eine Hecke einen guten Sichtschutz hat. Ein Staubsauger ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, direkt über die Straße ist ein schöner Strand. Die Wohnanlage liegt am Anfang bzw. Ende der Stadt Concarneau, ungefähr 25 Geh-Minuten (schöner Weg am Meer entlang!) bis zur Altstadt und dem Touri-Trubel. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort hatte uns kurz vor Ankunft Fotos der Anlage gemailt und den Weg zum Appartement beschrieben. Das war sehr gut, da es sonst nicht so einfach zu finden ist (auch so mussten wir noch ein bisschen suchen). Es gibt einen beheizten Pool, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben, weil das Meer in wenigen Schritten erreichbar ist. 🙁 Die beiden Etagenbetten stehen sozusagen im Flur des Appartements, direkt an der ""Wohnungstüre"" und gegenüber der Toilettentüre, deren Klinke leider extrem gequietscht hat, ebenso wie das obere Stock-Bett. Das Schlafsofa im Wohn-/ Esszimmer ist sehr durchgelegen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ausschließlich eine Deckenlampe, keine Steh- oder kleinere (Lese-)Lampe. Ein Wäscheständer für nasse Handtücher und ein Besen, mit dem man die Terrasse mal von Blättern und Dreck befreien könnte, haben uns sehr gefehlt. Auch eine Übersicht, wo sich in der Anlage die Müllentsorgung und eine mögliche Waschmaschine befinden, haben wir vergebens gesucht. Das Haus, in dem das Appartement ist, sieht von außen sehr schäbig aus, herabblätternder Putz, verschmutzte Wände. Das ist sehr schade! Die Kommunikation mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, lief per Email und war okay, manche Antworten brauchten länger, oder kamen gar nicht. Die Sauberkeit des Appartements war okay, aber ausbaufähig (z.B. dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, Fenster- und Terrassentürrahmen schmutzig). Die Terrassenstühle sind aus Metall und rostig, was dem Wetter und Salzgehalt geschuldet sein kann. Vielleicht wären Platikstühle besser?"
