This comfortable apartment will warmly welcome you, for a moment with your love one !
The space :
Located on the first floor in a pretty building in the passage district, this apartment is part of a set of three small well decorated apartments, all available for seasonal rental.
The bedroom with its exposed stone wall, is separated from the living area, for greater tranquility. It also has a wardrobe, and a window for your comfort.
The well-equipped kitchen (with a Nespresso coffee maker and one with filters) open to the seating area, stands out for its pretty decorative fireplace, and access to a balcony large enough to allow you to eat outside.
The bathroom, meanwhile, is composed of a bathtub where you can also shower, and spend relaxing moments. There are also toilets in the same space.
Ideal for a couple, Picco Verde will make you spend a pleasant stay together, but if you want to come with couples of friends while keeping your privacy, two other apartments are available in the same building (Picco Rosso and Picco Bianco, which you will find on our Airbnb profile).
Located in the picturesque "passage-Lanriec" neighborhood, with its walks along the shoreline of Concarneau, family and quiet, and with direct access to the city enclosed by the sea with the ferry. This neighborhood facing the walled city walls, formerly in perpetual evolution, has seen workers, fishermen and markets pass through, giving a certain charm and a steep footprint full of history at this place.

Our concierge offers you the rental of linen during your stay: Bed linen kit + towels: 20€ per bed.
