“Lovely view from our cabin on the lake. A short drive to Yarmouth and Cap Forchu. Missed having a hot plate to cook on rather than a bbq, but would not deter us from coming again.”

“Terrific time in Kemptville, NS at this accommodation - Moose Cabin - Golden Forest Lodge. I recently had a three day vacation there with my 14 year old Son and his Father. We had a great experience from the moment we arrived. We were greeted upon arrival, the owner/host went out of his way to accommodate us and we were treated very kindly throughout the entire stay. “This is an amazing property! It’s very clean and everything we needed was there. The lake was so peaceful, and beautiful. The cottage is located in the woods which made it so private. The family loved swimming, kayaking, and fishing all week. We really didn’t need to do anything more than stay at the cottage. We are hoping to make it a yearly thing with family, considering that half of us live in Ontario and the other half are in Nova Scotia. Thank you again to Andrea for hosting us!!! ”

“OMG this home was such a stunner! We arrived after dark because of the ferry ride, but when we arrived, the house had subdued lighting, relaxing music and some essential oils going. We both walked in and said "Wow, Oh my god"! And it was still dark, so we couldn't see the view, but we could hear it. The master was so comfortable and there was far more amenities and supplies than we used, but it is definitely my favorite VRBO I have stayed in. Owners really, really go that extra mile and……
