「The deceptive hidden fees really make this place lose stars. They charge you an additional 275 for “amenities” for 7 days when you show up and the only one they listed when I asked was towels. Didn’t do a great job of taking the trash out everyday or changing the cups and stuff either. Room was fairly small for $200 a night. 「All good! People need to understand the ocean seaweed and smell is uncontrollable by the hotel. We lived that they had kayaks to take out, beach volleyball, hammocks and a kid playground; all that we adults could sit outside the room and supervise the kids. Also pool was nice and clean. Will be back and next time with the boat!」

「Unfortunately due to unforeseen AC problems, we were downgraded from a 3 bedroom villa to a 2 bedroom villa. They were able to also get us a bedroom in the hotel to accommodate our other guests - which on 4th of July weekend was awesome. The villa itself wasn’t the cleanest, but we made due with what we had. Outside of those things, we had an awesome time. The food, the pool, the lagoon - great!」
