「I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well.」

「The kitchen was amazing. Literally everything you would need to cook a hearty breakfast or gourmet dinners. Stunning view. Peaceful location. A great place for a couple of two people. The fold out bed had a mattress topper which made it super comfortable. Impeccably clean with a very responsive host. Off-street parking worked great. I hope my daughter gets accepted to Berkeley so I can stay there again!」

「I had a comfortable and pleasant stay in this apartment. I was especially pleased that pets are welcomed.The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools. The tvs are of good viewing size and quality. The bed is comfortable and having control of the apartment’s temperature was a plus. This is the second time that I stay here. I think anyone would be pleased here. 」

「The space could have been so much nicer. It looks great and has good appliances, nice bathroom etc but it was pretty bare bones. The garbage cans were microscopic. Everything seemed to purchased assuming you would only be throwing away Kleenex. If you enjoy a firm mattress, this is the place for you. It was exceptionally firm to the point of hard. I couldn’t sleep the first night because it was so uncomfortable. The second night I paid close to 300 to stay at a nearby hotel which was a fantastic...
