I will never stay in a Hilton again. Horrible customer service horrible setup horrible parking drunk people parting in the hallways. Worse than the worse place. Don't ask anyone for help here even though it's there job and they get paid for customer service. But they don't actually want to have to do anything. As the employee is mowing down food and a slurpy behind the counter, we approach with questions. Boy was that a mistake. We had already checked in early and had got our key cards but hadn't been to the room. We politely asked for some assistance with the elevator. She proceeds to tell me I need to show her my ID. I said I already checked in and here are my key cards my ID is buried under all my things right now. I only need help with the elevator. It was 10 at night and I had 2 year old twins in my arms. She refused to help me and said she was going to call the police on me. I then just asked for a refund on my fully refundable room so we could leave and find a better suited place but she refused to even address us. Honestly folks if you don't want to deal with people don't work in hospitality. BTW it was a key card swipe elevator so your supposed to wave your key card-and then pray 15 other people don't cram in waving there's too or you might just spend 45 minutes going up and down on the fancy elevator-no stairs only emergency exits.

The room that I stayed in was just okay. Upon entry there was a very stale smell in the room, the refrigerator was broken, and there were several stains on my bedding. After contacting the front desk to address the sheets and the fridge it was handled quickly. However, there were just several other things that were overlooked dusty, closet, dirty toilet etc. For the price we paid I just expected a higher level of care. The staff were great & very responsive.

Knowing that the Hilton is more expensive we were excited to finally stay. The place was clean and it had a nice layout. It was large in the lobby and felt spacious. Upon check-in I was told parking was $xx per night. It was just a parking lot that wasn't guarded or anything.. so I was confused why we would need to pay to park, for the first time at any hotel we've stayed at. If it was underground parking I might understand.. but it just felt like a tax they charge because they can. The next thing that felt like the Hilton was trying to dig in our pocket at every turn, was the way it said "free WiFi" in the Expedia listing.. but in reality it was $x per night! Another first for us. Usually when a hotel offers free WiFi it's actually free. I went back to read the fine print in the Expedia offering and now see that it's "free" only in the lobby area. Who wants to sit in the lobby to use their devices? My children were very upset with this. There was no microwave in the room.. so we couldn't even heat up the food we had brought to feed the kids during our time in the room. Certainly an upscale place like Hilton would offer free breakfast like all the other hotels.. nope! Kids $xx adults $xxx!! We will never stay at a Hilton again. Traveling with 5 people is already expensive, we didn't want to be charged every time we turn around. Marriott, best Western, heck any other place will love to have your business. Leave this hotel to people that don't care about these things.

We stay at this property often due to family fairly close. Great shopping across street. I had asked for my room to be cleaned the next day and it was not cleaned. When I checked in parking is $19 an nite and we had stayed 3 nites. I had changed my mind and did not leave the car one nite and asked for it to be credited and I was informed could not be Done because I had said 3 nites when I checked in. The hotel is clean overall.

I stayed here for a coaches clinic and i meased up and booked thru 3rd party. I was charged 19 a night for parking permit, when all clinic members had parking fees waived. Would have been whatever except i paid for a parking pass i was unable to use. The parking lots were completely full and i had to find parking in a very busy shopping center nearly 1/4 mile from hotel. And worry about vandalism or towing of my mercedes. Very small finess room.

I wish this Hilton was more family focused and less business traveler oriented. The rooms could use a small microwave and at this price point I'd expect a Nespresso or Keurig in the room. I found no mention online of the breakfast buffet we stumbled upon Saturday morning but thankfully it was there. They've remodeled/redecorated the rooms without updating the heating/cooling unit.. It was hard to keep the room at a nice consistent temp. All this said, after extensive research for a place to stay in the area for a wedding, this seemed and possibly was the best/safest choice. There were plenty of places to eat nearby and the building felt safe even though the parking lot wasn't- shattered glass next to our spot when we arrived. Follow the advice and leave nothing inside your car.

The best.
Thia hotel is very confortable, convenient, qith all the amenities you need. You can dine in, lounge at the bar, go for a swim, or stay in amd order room service, out of all of the hotels in the area, Embassy Suites is the best place to stay. The facilriy is convenient, safe amd secure. The staff wiis excellent. They tend tonyour needs and deliver. You will feel apprecoated and important when you stay here.

Great Stay!
Stayed the night after a large family event in the hotel ballroom. Hotel and event staff were great. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. No complaints whatsoever. We would definitely stay there again.

I liked being so close to the mall across the street from hotel with the shopping , food choices. Staff very nice and welcoming. View out of hotel east side needs to be cleaned up!
