“When we first got there & cked into the room when we went up to the room it was terrible the floors were grimy that my shoes were sticking to the floor there was something red and white cream something I thought it was blood and sperm all over one of the lamp shades and the room smelled like a nursing home that hadn't been cleaned in 20 years it literally smelled like urine & cigso badly when you open the door the door couldn't even fully open because the floor was catching the bottom of the……

“The room did not look clean. Once walking in there was stains on the beds. They were stains on the towels. There was mold and dirt in the trashcan. The door handled to the room was falling off. I had to screw the screws back into it myself to feel safe glad we brought our dogs. There was just an awful feeling about the whole place. there was also dust everywhere in the room. I booked the room online paid for it already online told them I was bringing two dogs with me and once I got there there……

“Pulled up to girl yelling cussing and smoking in her robe in parking lot, turns out was the receptionist. Get to room the toilet had pee in it, a key was on the floor under door from someone else soap on the floor from someone else and trash in room from others. Next day same car from the worker and her (husband?)were parked under overhead covering. Both looked like havent showers in a week or more. They also had a teenage son walking around lobby no shoes. Place was gross. Food was in a……

“First room. I or the desk person had no idea on how to operate the tv in the room or what app to use to watch tv. 2nd room. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Hair in the tub and sink. No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. So much noise sounded like a gym in the hallway, i had to yell at the people out there. ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Tv remote had no battery cover.
