"Place was fine. New condo building right on the Malecon, easy walking/cab access to Centro.Reasonably equipped, though had a "bare minimum" sort of feeling. Should note that noise at night is very loud due to excessive vehicles cruising the Malecon with music blaring, so if you want something more peaceful, this won't suit. If you're after more of a party scene, note that owner explicitly prohibits partying. Other things that could improve the experience: LG washer/dryer on site was a pain to...

"This is a great condo. It's a bit tight with the big table but everything else was great. The couch was very comfortable as were the beds. There is a large tv in each room and it was nice to have laundry facilities. The only issue we had was finding the place. Having a video of the road and the adjoining properties would be helpful as well as having the address and unit number. Language was also an issue for us. But once we were there the unit was great."

"We had a great time here. There was plenty of space for 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) of us. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the beach is a minute walk from the lobby. I do recommend staying here. "
