You can always get everything you need, the staff are friendly, helpful and they reach out to you daily. "We stayed 2 nights. On the 2nd night we noticed a large water bubble forming on the bathroom ceiling. We noticed staff and they quickly had us change rooms. Very helpful. They couldn’t discount our stay since we had used 3rd party but the manager did bring us a nice gift card. Other than that, our stay was good."

"So this is my second stay at this property in 6 months, both two day stays. This place has been FANTASTIC. Clean, very spacious rooms, nice amenities inside them, the bedding and pillows are clean and high quality, and very comfortable. All the staff I encountered between front desk, restaurant, and casino were all very friendly and helpful. Drinks at the bar are very reasonably priced, and there’s plenty of parking available outside for your vehicle. Checking out was also an easy process right on the tv in the room. If I’m ever back in the area again, I won’t even look around at other hotels, hard rock Sioux City is an automatic booking for me"

When trying to watch tv, it wouldn’t work not sure if it was the service or tv just not working. Feel like there should be soaps for hands instead of bar soaps.
