「Beautiful view and great access to the river. We enjoyed walking in the nearby park in the evenings.」

「Wonderful place! Spacious, clean, well-cared for, close to downtown. Communication was excellent. Highly recommended!!!!!」

「We have stayed at many VRBO's and communication with this host was one of the very best! From before we arrived, to a quick question during our stay, the response was prompt, helpful, and very friendly. We loved walking to town in the evenings and watching the deer down by the river each morning. I would definitely stay here again.」

「This Pagosa Springs home is wonderful for a party of five. We sat out back and watched summer thunderstorms, and we were able to quickly get downtown on foot along the San Juan River Walk. On this walk, we were able to see hot springs, cool birds, and the lovely river. The accommodations were roomy, clean, and comfortable.」

「Great pet friendly unit, walking distance to the springs, hiking, and restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. Check out the paint shop right around the corner. My kids loved painting with watercolor on a warm afternoon.」

「very nice condo. we enjoyed our stay」

「Everything was perfect 」

「Cute and convenient place to stay! Don't expect to get a great sleep, as the beds are not comfy at all, and the unit could have been cleaner (hair in the bathroom and showers, dishwasher had mildew, oven was not cleaned well, etc.) The manager/host was kind and helpful with any questions we had! Overall, it was a good fit but wish the place would have been cleaner.」
