"Unit is recently remodeled. TONS of exterior lighting, 24 or more security cameras. Location is "in the woods' so there are no passers-by or other non-guest visitors. New fixtures and fresh paint. Linens and things are basic but functional. It is an 'above average' location for this price point. Would stay again if necessary."

"When we got there to check in, we were told our reservation had been cancelled, that the hotel was overbooked. We were one of many couples who had been told the same thing."

"Rooms were overbooked. Hotels.com system didn’t stop offering the same room. Seventeen different people were turned away. Also, the contact information was incomplete phone numbers for guests were deliberately redacted by putting one’s in the phone number as an entry. Someone should provide answers."

"This place was gross! Upon entering the room we noticed that although we were in a non-smoking room, the room REEKED of cigarettes, wet dog, mold, and Marijuana. There were spots of something on the sheets, along with a white sticky substance on the floor and something we were unsure of whether it was blood or kool-aid on the wall. The shower curtain rod was hung up by duct tape and the toilet leaked on the floor. The next door tenants were allowed to sit in their vehicles playing bass loudly, which was unfortunate as we had been on the road for several hours and wanted to lay down to rest. The fire alarm in our room was broken, with the facing and batteries on the floor. The smell of Marijuana was equally present outdoors and seemed to seep from all rooms nearby. Tires were chained to the outside posts as well. The pool was unusable and green. Only good thing about this property was the kind lady working the front desk, who after showing her our pictures and listening to our complaints, immediately issued us a refund on our room and apologized profusely. She deserves a raise!"

"STAY AWAY! This place is a rat hole and nothing more than a crack shack! Rooms were disgusting (when was moved from one disaster to another). Had to sleep on top of the blanket, wrapped in the blanket I brought. Staff was useless and unaccommodating. Rooms were missing cabinet doors, room entry door was jammed and had to be forced open. Since there is nothing g below a poor rating, we’ll give this a -10!"

"The rooms were pretty disgusting.. there was blood on the door frames in the bathroom… and the walls weren’t very clean either.. Instead of being called the Budget Inn, it should be called the low budget inn. It reminded me of a homeless shelter. "

"We booked a double room. When we arrived we were told they had ran out of those rooms and were given a king w a sofa bed. When we asked for sheets for the sofa bed we initially only received a pillow and several pillow cases "
