"We have visited this resort many times, and it is always a wonderful experience. There are so many unique room options, and the staff is consistently courteous and kind. The check-in staff, in particular, was great and very helpful. On this visit, we reserved the Barn Suite as a gathering place for our family, and it was fantastic. The space was filled with unique and thoughtful touches that truly captured an authentic country feel and made it a perfect spot for everyone to come together. The only minor issue occurred during check-in, when one staff member was a bit rude regarding a third-party reservation for two of our four rooms. Aside from that brief interaction, everything else was excellent. As VIP members, we are already looking forward to returning again soon."

"At checkin the two young men were very pleasant and very professional.( Sorry I didnt get their names) There were games in the lobby that guest could take to their room they also had popcorn available in the lobby.
