“The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.”

“We had a relaxing, clean and comfortable weekend stay. One of our favorite things to do in the morning was have coffee on the back porch and watch the wildlife on the lake. Restaurants and shops in Naples were close by, we went hiking at Grimes Glen to see the waterfalls. There is so much to do nearby and/or just stay in and enjoy the lake views and unwind. I can't wait until our next visit.”

“The view was beautiful. Very few houses can accommodate the need for 6 bedrooms, and it's a hidden "GEM" on the lake. It's close to all the restaurants and bars a short drive away. When the weather is warmer, we will definitely rebook.”

“We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.”
