Shoreline Estates - Upper Apt Room A

Not your ordinary B&B! Our western Pennsylvania home nestled in the mountains of the Laurel Highlands provides accommodations for the outdoor lover and is perfect for laid-back escapes. This room is located in the upper apartment of the home and has it's own private bathroom with a shower.

Less than a mile from the GAP trail, the Youghiogheny River lake, and a short drive to Ohiopyle, Mt. Davis, Seven Springs, and Falling Water.

Hosts are not generally onsite, but are nearby should you need any support. Communication is generally via email, text, or phone call.

The inner town of Confluence is easily walkable with a few shops, grocery, several restaurants, a post office, and local banks all within a mile or so of the home.


Guests have access to the upper level apartment and lower level laundry area.

Shoreline Estates consists of three floors. The main level consists of three bedrooms (one with a large spa tub), a full kitchen, living and dining areas as well as a large deck overlooking the river. The upper level consists of four bedrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and a large deck overlooking the river. All bedrooms have their own access code, and private bathroom. This listing is for a private bedroom and bathroom in the upper level apartment with shared access to common areas including the kitchen, dining and living areas and large deck.

The lower level consists of two hotel suites, one of which is handicap accessible, and two hostel areas. One hotel suite has two double beds and a private bathroom, and the other handicap suite has a queen bed and twin pull out sofa as well as a private bathroom. The hostel area consists of two areas each with two twin beds, two sinks, two showers, and two toilets.

All guests have access to the laundromat, and general property grounds. There is off road parking, and bike racks as well as some interior spaces to store your bicycles.

Confluence is a very walkable and/or cyclable town with most of the areas being very flat. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and a Post Office, two banks, grocery stores, a bike shop, and a Dollar General all within walking distance.
