Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

"At the current state of these rooms, it cannot be regarded as a 5 star hotel. The interior furniture and other decorations are very old and rundown. The hotel has really stupid deposit policy.
