“On May 23, 2026 we arrived at the home we booked. We had another couple with us who also booked, celebrating their honeymoon. when we walked into the bed rooms the beds were unmade and you could tell no one cleaned this house. We contacted the host and explained. The host said that his cleaners car had gotten hit she would not be able to drive over to clean. He asked if there were any extra towels or bedding if so he would refund the cleaning fee and part of our stay. we did not so we asked him……

“We loved our stay at Pinetain! The house was clean and comfortable and offers all the amenities you need! The views are incredible from pretty much everywhere in the house and the hot tub was a nice addition for evening relaxation. It was just me and my wife but you could comfortably accommodate a family or a few couples here too. The host has put together a great list of things to do and restaurants to try as well. We checked out the Brookside-McCurdy trail that they recommended and it was……

“The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and so roomy. There were several sitting areas if you want to spread out. Loved the decor. My only disappointment was the power lines are in the direct line of the view. Not anything they can control. The location was great for Red Rocks and we enjoyed day trips to Golden, Mount Evans and Boulder.”

“Perfect place to call home for a long work week! Great walking distance to local shops/restaurants/etc. and even got to take advantage of the Farmer's Market before checking out on Sunday! I will definitely be looking to use this property again for future needs!”
