Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt zentral, man ist schnell bei den Restaurants und am Strand, von der Dachterrasse hat meinen einen herrlichen Blick. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Klimaanlage hilfreich.

Una estancia sublime

La estancia fue maravillosa otro año más. Una casa en la que puedes disfrutar plenamente. El anfitrión es encantador y siempre está atento por si necesitamos cualquier cosa. Muy cómoda y bien situada. Hay silencio a la noche, cosa que se agradece. Lo mejor sin duda la terraza!!

Magnífica casa

La estancia ha sido perfecta. La casa está dotada de todas las comodidades que se puedan imaginar, es como estar en tu propia casa. El alojamiento estaba impecable. La terraza es una auténtica gozada a cualquier hora del día ya que dispone de una pérgola que proporciona sombra y la brisita está asegurada. El barrio es genial, los vecinos muy amables, a las noches no hay ruido y está muy céntrico. Los anfitriones son muy amables y están dispuestos siempre para ayudar en todo lo que pueden. Un sitio donde repetiremos seguro.

alles super ohne Kinder

Alles ist in Conil zu Fuß zu erreicghen, Markt, Lebensmittel, Strand, Bar. Das Objekt mit Auto nicht, wer mit Kindern anreist, sollte sich auf Freitreppen einstellen, und für 4 Personen geht es, aber 6 wird schwierig, da in der Küche und im Wohnbereich Sitze fehlen, Und es sehr hellhörig ist- Zu Zweit ideal. Kochen ohne Herd und Microwelle. Schöne Dachterrasse.

Haus am Ozean

Sehr schönes und geschmackvolles kleines Haus in der Altstadt mit Dachterasse mit sensationellem Blick auf den Atlantik. Auch im Winter nutzbar dank Heizung. Ideal für 2 Personen, alle weiteren müssen in eher kleinen und dunklen Zimmern schlafen, was im Sommer vermutlich egal ist. Nur ein Esstisch und ein paar Stühle haben uns drinnen gefehlt, zum essen und arbeiten. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Stadthaus!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir haben mittlerweile nun schon zum vierten Mal zwei ausgesprochen schöne Ferienwochen in der Casa Linda verbracht und es war sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Wie immer haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von Adrew ausgesprochen gut betreut.

Im Herzen von Conil

Ein von außen unscheinbares Haus in einer typisch kleinen Gasse in Conil. Das Haus ist innen über 3 Etagen und hat eine wunderschöne Terasse. Die Bäder und auch die Einrichtung sind sehr liebevoll und schön , wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur das Parken ist nicht so ganz einfach.

Oasis of calm

The house is a wonderful oasis of calm in the town of Conil de la Frontera. It is well appointed and the air conditioning works perfectly. The views from the terrace are fantastic. The two bedrooms on the ground floor are interconnected and share one ensuite. The bedroom on the first floor has its own ensuite. We used the house as our base and visited different beaches and towns every day by car. Parking can be an issue but we always found a place on the street never more than 10 minutes walk from the house. The property is well located for the beach and for the restaurants and shops in the town. Finally, Andrew and his team who manage Casa Linda for its German owners are excellent and helpful hosts.

Schönes Stadthaus in Conil, wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben zwei ausgesprochen schöne Ferienwochen in der Casa Linda verbracht. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Dachterrasse bietet einen imposanten Blick über die Altstadt und den Strand von Conil, bei klarem Wetter bis Afrika. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Casa Linda befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse und liegt trotzdem zentral mit sehr guter Erreichbarkeit der Restaurants und der Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wurden von Andrew sehr gut betreut und kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr schönes und tolles Haus

Das Haus Casa Linda ist sehr sauber. Schön in der oberen Altstadt gelegen. Die Aufteilung ist sehr angenehm. Unten zwei Schlafzimmer, leider nur Betten mit 1,40cm Breite. Ein Bad und eine getrennte Toilett. Sehr angenehm. In der ersten Etage ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Schränken und Flachbildfernseher. Dahinter das Masterschlafzimmer mit etwas breiterem Bett, und Bad en Suite. Oben dann die super ausgestattete Küche, ohne Backofen, aber sonst wirklich alles da. und die bombastische Dachterasse. Einfach insgesamt genial. Sehr modern und sehr sauber. Lediglich ein Safe hat gefehlt.

A charming, well renovated and maintained house.

The house is conveniently located with a short walk to the beach and the centre of Conil. We had a very enjoyable week with a lot of sun, good food and culture. The property was very well-maintained and equipped with all necessary items. The only thing missing was oven, although the barbecue grill can be used instead. Parking is possible at a guided garage a few hundred meters away, works very well especially if you don't need car every day. Conil has a good selection of supermarkets (bigger and small) and restaurants. Nightlife in the city can be lively, but the house is not too near the party quarter.

Erstklassiges Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Mein Mann und ich verbrachten 3 wundervolle Wochen im Haus Casa Linda in Conil. Vom ersten Kontakt mit dem Vermittler Andrew von Dos Xtremos bis zur Abreise verlief alles perfekt. Wir wurden sehr gut betreut. Wir fanden das Haus genauso vor wie es beschrieben war. Sehr gepflegt und in hoher Qualität ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Dachterasse ist wunderschön und so verbrachten wir die meiste Zeit dort. Andrew gab uns sehr gute Informationen zur Freizeitgestaltung und empfahl uns sehr gute Restaurants. Ganz in der Nähe findet man einen deutschen Bäcker und einen großen Supermarkt. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Amazing 5 star!

My partner and I recently stayed at Casa Linda, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. Not only was the house decorated beautifully, with full amenities (including a fantastic BBQ on the roof terrace, which is perfect for cooking fresh fish bought from the local market), but it was also in an amazing location! The house is a mere 5 minutes walk from the beach and an even shorter walk to the market, shops, bars and restaurants. The owners were absolutely wonderful, and were quick to offer advice on where to go during the day and where to eat during the night. I would definitely visit again soon!

Loved Casa Linda

My stay at Casa Linda was a spectacular experience. The house is stunning, well designed and in walking distance from all the attractions, shops and only 5 minutes to the beach. The roof terrace not only has a beautiful view of the beach but is great for catching some sun(although there are sun shades when it gets too much). The local area is buzzing with life, with many restaurants and bars to choose from, a personal favourite was El Castilito. With the market round the corner, I was able to get some fantastic fresh fish for evenings spent in relaxing. Defiantly hope to visit again soon!

Casa Linda

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Linda. The house is beautiful with stunning views of the beach and surrounding landscape from the roof terrace (a great place for dining and sun bathing!) and within easy walking distance of the beach and town. The town itself is full of entertainment with a lively atmosphere, friendly locals and a thriving nightlife. Despite this, however, the area around the apartment was impressively quiet at night, despite being so close to the activity. The beaches are beautiful and expansive, and the local market provides us with the ingredients for some delicious meals. A brilliant holiday all round!
