What an amazing property and from booking to our arrival and stay Paco has been fantastic. The house is clean, really well equipped and in a quiet location but walking distance to shops (about a mile and a bit) We've had a brilliant week and would definitely book and come again

beautiful spacious and quiet house

We were guests in Paco's house for ten days with 4 senior adults. The house is in a quiet location. It is equipped with every comfort. The location is easy to find thanks to Paco's directions. We enjoyed the pool. If there is anything, paco is easy to reach via Whatts app and he solves it. A perfect host. We can recommend the house to people who want to visit this part of Spain.

What can I say? Only Perfect

We arrived late and Paco and toni were there to greet us and our two dogs. Upon arrival we were greeted with hosts who we felt we had known for many years! Happy, helpful but not obtrusive. They knew we just needed to relax! So, after a very happy checkin we just sat in the lovely outdoor area stareing at the pool and lovely flat enclosed outdoor space. Perfect for two Mastins, whilst our dogs are quite lazy they will search in pursuit of food, goats to round up or otherwise but they were in heaven as the space here is amazing. So very well maintained. We have a business for many years here in Spain so didn¨t venture out too much as we just needed to read, realx and eat.. The pool is wonderfult too but a little cold for my liking in May - but that´s just me! I´m "nesh" On the last night (I was sad to be leaving) but had to return to attend to work but we did venture into Conil town. Lots of bars and restaurants, lovely but we just wanted to go back to the villa and enjoy the tranquility and peace. The villa is just a few minutes drives into town, Mercadona and Aldi very near. Quite honestly, you can stay day in and day out at Paco and Toni´s villa and never move or, enjoy the nearbytown and beach. We chose to do the former and it was perfect. Paco ist ein netter Gastgeber. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Besonders schön ist das große Grundstück, auf dem unsere Hündin herumliegen und -tollen konnte. Der kleine Wintergarten vor der Eingangstür ist auch sehr praktisch. Selbst wenn nur ein bisschen die Sonne scheint, wird es darin schön warm.

Vaciones en familia

Lo primero gradecer a Paco su dedicación para que todo estuviese perfecto,hemos pasado unas vacaciones como en casa!! Al alojamiento no le falta de nada para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en familia con tus mascotas. El exterior de la vivienda es muy amplio para poder tomar el sol y darte un baño en la piscina. El interior de la casa es muy cómodo, el salón tiene un buen sofá y una TV bien grande, los dormitorios son perfectos para descansar. Se agradece mucho el A.C, en nuestro caso fue necesario en algunos momentos del día. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100% Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%

Perfecte gastheer van een authentiek Spaans huis.

Het authentieke Spaanse huis ligt op een groot perceel grond met prachtig groen grasveld. Geheel omheind met een perfecte ligging op de zon. De hond kon het terrein niet verlaten. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, maar een oven zou wenselijk zijn. De gastheer Paco staat altijd ter beschikking, is vriendelijk en helpt bij alles. Het prachtige en enorme strand is op fietsafstand en het witte dorp is een plaatje om te zien met voldoende winkels. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in El Olivo, van de mooie zonsondergangen en de rustige omgeving.

Suberb holiday home / heerlijk vakantiehuis

We zijn net terug van twee weken vakantie in dit heerlijke vakantiehuis. We zouden hier zo weer terug naartoe gaan. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Rolluiken voor alle ramen, airco in alle kamers, heerlijke veranda met glazen schuifwanden zodat deze volledig afgesloten kan worden. Fijne buitenkeuken waar we lekker hebben gebarbecued. De kinderen (5 en 9) hebben genoten van het zwembad. Er zijn twee badkamers waarvan 1 buiten het huis. In een aparte ruimte bij het zwembad (waar ook de technische ruimte van het zwembad is), is een toilet en douche. Dit vonden wij echt ideaal. Zeker met kinderen die tijdens het zwemmen naar het toilet moesten. Maar ook om na de laatste duik van de dag in het zwembad meteen onder de douche te kunnen springen. Een auto is wel aan te raden. Er zijn wat restaurants op loopafstand. Maar wij hebben steeds de auto gebruikt omdat we het ook te warm vonden om te gaan lopen. Paco is een top host! Dank voor de goede zorgen Paco, het lekkere fruit en de taart was echt een leuke verrassing! Conil is een leuke gezellige plaats met lekkere restaurants (Mystura voor als je eens wat anders wilt en La Ola op het strand vonden wij top) en leuke winkeltjes. Wij bevelen het huis van harte aan. We hebben er echt genoten van een heerlijke vakantie.

wunderschöner Urlaub in Conil

Das erste was uns positiv auffiel war der riesen Obstkorb den Paco uns als Einfühungsgeschenk gegeben hat. Sehr nett. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet. Das Hauptbett war nicht durchgelegen, er sagte die Matratze wäre neu. Der Pool war nicht immer sauber, aber nach einem Sturm kam er und hat den ganzen Sand, der duch die Luft fliegt, rausgefiltert. Dann war der Pool sauber. Paco ist sehr kommunikativ, wenn wir fragen hatten, war er immer an einer Lösung interessiert. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage, ein netter Paco, wir fühlten uns wohl.

Super idyllisch

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Grosszügig und sauber. Der Garten sehr gepflegt. Der Pool sogar im Oktober ideal, besonders bei Wind wo am Meer eher unangenehm. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Handtücher sauber und weich. Die Kinder waren sehr zufrieden. Wir werden gerne wieder dort Ferien buchen.

Die Anfahrt war dank Google Maps und der Vorab Info kein Problem. Das Olivo liegt etwas abseits in einem Wohngebiet mit Einzelhäusern. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man (wir) so braucht. Der Pool ein Traum! Ein großes uneinsehbares Grundstück. Die Kommunikation mit Paco per WhatsApp war unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Zu empfehlen für Leute, die einen entspannten, erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchten. Immer wieder gerne
