Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die fussläufige Nähe zu Conil und dem Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Small apartment with nice view

The apartment is very small, with a shoebox-size tiny bathroom. the indoor space is smaller than the outdoor patio. It has also seen better days, some things need repairing or replacing. No smoke detectors either. The view from the apartment/patio is however amazing.

Traumhafter Blick, gute Lage

Kontakt & CheckIn mit Pablo war sehr gut. Das Apartment selbst , besonders die tolle Terrasse, leidet sehr unter dem häufig sehr starken Wind und Seeluft. Auch die Sauberkeit drinnen ließ zu wünschen übrig. Eine Fahrt zu Ikea wäre dringend nötig, um zB für das Bett neue Kissen, Decken, Bad- Boden- Handtuch zu kaufen. Ansonsten ist Ausstattung des Apartment sehr gut, auch die Isolierung der Fenster. Leider hält ein älterer Herr in einer Art Haus auf dem Nachbargrundstück mehrere Hunde, die nachts erbärmlich heulen und bellen, da sie wohl alleine dort sind. Insgesamt ein schöner 5 tägiger Aufenthalt, jedoch müsste (für den hohen Mietpreis) investiert werden.

Schönes Appartment mit sensationellem Ausblick

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Februar in Conil. Das Appartment hat eine gute Lage, fußläufig zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Der Ausblick ist spektakulär, tolle Sonnenauf- und untergänge, daher besonders fürs Winterhalbjahr sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben die schöne Aussicht und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Die Grösse der Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen. Pablo hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen.

Away from it all.

Conil de la Frontera is a wonderful escape, lovely beach and the town is up 5 notches from anywhere else we’ve visited closer to airports. You do have to drive for 3 hours or more as we couldn’t find the apartment as we hadn’t a satnav. So recommend booking one. Pablo showed us round and we loved the view and the balcony and the apartment and bed were very comfortable. The only thing we would mention is the loungers were so mouldy with condensation we didn’t use them which was a shame as the balcony was great. Worth getting some fold up ones to take in at night I think. Otherwise this would have been 5 stars.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Ein gelungener Urlaub liegt hinter uns. Die recht kurzfristige Buchung und die Übernahme der Ferienwohnung verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles verfügbar, was man benötigt, auch an Details wie Küchenrolle, Spülmaschinentabs, Geschirrtuch, Teelichte etc. wurde gedacht . Die Terrasse ist wunderbar. Man sieht von ihr den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang. Möglicherweise ist es dort im Sommer recht heiß, aber für unseren Urlaub war es perfekt, sodass wir trotz kühler Temperaturen draußen sitze konnten. Einziger Nachteil war, dass die Polster immer draußen zu sein scheinen, d.h. wir mussten diese erst einen vollen Tag trocknen, bevor wir sie nutzen konnten. Unterhalb des Viertels, in welchem das Haus mit dem Appartement liegt , befindet sich eine zu Stoßzeiten recht viel befahren Straße. Da wir aufgrund der Temperaturen nachts die Fenster geschlossen hatten, hat uns dies nicht gestört. Die beiden zur Verfügung gestellten Heizlüfter machen das Appartement abends angenehm warm. Die Klimaanlage ist nur zur Kühlung nutzbar. Muchas gracias para todo a Pablo !

großartige Terrasse, Panoramablick drinnen und draußen

Atemberaubender Ausblick auf Meer und Landschaft durch die große Fensterfront und von der riesigen Terrasse aus, die um die Ecke geht (an stürmischen Tagen leider etwas schwierig Wind-/Sonnenschutz zu finden). Die Terrasse bietet genug Platz für Liegen, Sitzecke und Esstisch - und wirkt dennoch groß. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Terrassen-Bereich neben der Küche steht ein Grill/Ofen und Waschbecken zum "draußen-Kochen" zur Verfügung. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind modern/gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad ist zwar sehr klein, hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Den Pool haben wir nur einmal genutzt, da mehrere sehr unterschiedliche, schöne Strände in der nahen Umgebung von Conil sind. Sehr netter Vermieter, der bei An- und Abreise anwesend war. Ortskern zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns in diesem Penthouse SEHR wohl gefühlt!
