Für Strandliebhaber befindet sich diese Villa nur ca. 150 m vom Stand entfernt. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig in einer Wohngegend, die im Herbst nur sehr wenig Besucher hat. Da viele Inhaber nicht vor Ort sind, wirkt die Siedlung fast ausgestorben. Es muss damit gerechnet werden, dass im unmittelbaren Umfeld der Villa tagsüber einige Gärtner mit Heckenscheren, Rasenmäher und Laubbläser aktiv sind. Da auch einige Besitzer Probleme mit ihren Alarmanlagen hatten, war an manchen Tagen die Geräuschkulisse schon recht hoch. Ein Auto ist dringend zu empfehlen, da die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit nicht fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Ein nettes und etwas teures Restaurant ist in der Nähe, mit guter Küche und einen perfekten Blick auf den Atlantik.

Traumvilla! Top ausgestattete, großzügige Traumvilla mit allem Komfort und wunderschönem Garten mit Pool! Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an 'sauwohl'. Auch bei schlechterem Wetter konnten wir draußen auf der wiederkommen! :-)

Super tolles Haus! Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen völlig übertroffen. Es ist so schön und gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es enspricht der gehobenen Klasse. Auch der Kontakt zu der Familie die es vermietet ist super nett und alle sind sehr bemüht, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühl. Die Lage des Hauses ist super gut. Den Strand erreicht man in wenigen Schritten. Auch die Geschäfte sind schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)
