「Older hotel well kept up. We found the room small but very clean. Near an exit so easy for our dog to get out when needed. Easy to find food, hotel is located right in the middle of everything in a busy part of Thunder Bay. Nice and quiet. Good breakfast. Easy to get in and out of」

「The place was sketchy had to go up metal stairs in the dark to get to our room, when entering can see someone broke in before. Bathroom door has been locked and frame broken. The phone in room had no cord to it. The tub dripped all night and the beds felt so old and worn down. Overall not a good experience」

「Great hotel but the waterslide is closed on Mon-Wed. Location is a little bit edgy and noisy. Staff was friendly and lits of restaurants near by.」

「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned...

「The only thing positive about our stay was the lobby and the new white towels and bedding. The rooms were dirty, shabby and worn out .. curtains, carpet, furniture you name it! Door locks didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work, TV remote didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work, Breakfast was disappointing. Certainly not as advertised. The property was covered with cigarette butts and huge pot holes. I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone. I am surprised that Expedia even promotes a...
