“Kee at the front desk during check in was absolutely amazing. We came in during a storm and she took such great care and went above and beyond! Breakfast was clean and loaded with options. Our room was spacious and newly renovated. Only complaint I’d make is the room did get really warm and we tried to adjust the thermostat and it didn’t do lower the temp. But in full disclosure I didn’t go ask the desk for help. I’m sure it would have been solved if I had asked for help. ”

“Staff was great! Rooms are quite cozy and clean. Parking price on Expedia is posted incorrectly. Its $30 a night and not $8. Seems a bit steep as there was more than enough parking. ”

“We discovered the room was not equipped with a hair dryer. We called the front desk to enquire about the hair dryer. A new hair dryer was delivered in less than 3 minutes!”
