“Great host, lovely location!”

“We were up in Pomfret for a wedding in the area. Perfect location for us; walkable to a local cafe (Vanilla Bean) for breakfast. The place sits on a large piece of property complete with pond; beautiful setting, very peaceful. Plenty of space for parking; water pressure was great for showers and appreciate the travel size lotions, shampoo, etc ! Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend, especially for parents of students who attend The Pomfret School (boarding). Perfect location……

“It's a cute place. Some parts smaller in person than in the pictures. Love the Kitchen. The air conditioning felt great since we had a heatwave. Question about parking and Cara answered immediately! Grateful for the dock since we were able to tie our boat up and keep it out front. The view of the lake from the cottage is beautiful!”

“First, I would stay here again in a heart beat! It’s an adorable place. With that said, it could have been a little cleaner. The rug under the bed was very dirty. They should consider replacing it or getting it deep cleaned. The sink in the bathroom had dirt around the faucet. I cleaned it for the owner. The sink also broke. The hot water wouldn’t turn off. I sent the owner a message and turned it off under the sink. The outside is a little dingy and cobwebs everywhere. They could decorate……

“This was by far the best property ever. Very fun to have the whole property and surrounding woods. Exceptional in every way. Highly recommend. Super convent to have washer AND dryer!! Loved, absolutely loved the new appliances and cookware! Bonus was all check-in and check-out procedures clearly outlined along with restaurant information printed and layed out on the front door table. Mahalo nui Judith”
