“Absolutely stunning. We had a fantastic time at the Sky Road home, we had everything we needed, Paul was so nice and helpful. Views were stunning each day. We loved walking to the Coffee Corral every day, as well as walking to the castle. ”

We loved having enough room (and bathrooms!) for all I’ve rented a lot of vacation houses over the years and never been in one as well equipped! Everything you could possibly need for cooking was there It’s also walking distance (really) to several good restaurants. Clifden is the perfect location to explore Connemara and Mayo.”

“Great location for a drive around Connemara, a visit to the Aran Islands and a day to Dog's Bay. One of the highlights was a close encounter with 3 cuckoos fighting over territory or a female. They called and circled for about an hour over the house. ”

“Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase.……

“This was a wonderful little getaway! Rory was super communicative and sent a wonderful list of things to do nearby! We checked out the pub he recommended Powers and it was phenomenal! The little barn was so cute and we felt right at home immediately. ”

“We were looking for a quiet place to unplug and unwind by the sea. Curlews was exactly that!It is a cozy, unassuming cottage with sea views from every window. Nothing fancy - just unbelievable beauty and privacy. We will be regulars I suspect!”

I live the kitchen and the living room with amazing views towards the sea and the saumon fishers.I have love the time sitting at home, relaxing and enjoying the peace and the warmth atmosphere. “Wir haben zu viert 9 Nächte im Ferienhaus verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit!Ausstattung und Möbel sind sehr hochwertig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte - Geschirr, Gewürze, Waschmittel, Kaffee etc. Die Betten waren sehr kuschelig und bequem, die Bäder sind modern ausgestattet und sowohl die Küche als auch das Wohnzimmer haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.Die Umgebung ist wunderschön! Das Haus liegt direkt an einer kleinen Bucht mit Blick über das Meer und sanfte Hügel.……
