"The first room assigned to us had no working phone, TV and the lock on the door was broken. We had to go to the front desk, which was in a different building, to talk to front desk person. She was nice and put us in a different room on the other side of the building. Room was very clean and comfy but the second night we came back around 11:00om and found our key cards didn’t work. We then had to walk around to the front office again, to get the key reprogrammed. We have stated at this hotel before and didn’t have any issues but this visit was not the best."
