“The condo is really nice and quiet. Good location. My only problem was when you received the address it doesn’t specify that this is the condo number just gives you a number with the address. We don’t get to travel much since having our babies so maybe that’s my fault for not knowing but we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again. The host was really nice and very helpful.”

“This was a beautiful condo on the lake, with a gorgeous view. My 10-year-old enjoyed the games and puzzle that was in the living area, and loved his own space upstairs, and especially going upstairs with the spiral staircase. I love light, and all the windows made this condo amazingly bright. It was easy to communicate with the condo manager by text message, which is not always the case that places like these. Highly recommend!”

There are mosquitoes but they have plenty of mosquito armor. Monica and Chris were very gracious hosts—would love to stay here again!”

“We are expected to clean everything but everything was not clean upon our arrival. There were dirty dishes that were put away, and trash in the master bedroom trash bin. Aside from that the condo was as expected. However the arrival drive is a little rough if you do not take an immediate left at the guard shack.”

“We really enjoyed staying at the apartment, it was very neat and clean, decoration is boatful and has everything we need for the stay., except for washer and dryer; but Alisa advised that there is a washateria 10min from the house. The apartment is in the second floor, for us it was not an issue but it is something to keep in mind. The stairs are not as easy. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host was great. Alisa was always available and answered all our questions immediately. The……

“Wow, this community felt special right as you pull up. Felt very safe as we entered through guarded gate access and drove in surrounded by beautiful real estate, rolling hills with spectacular lake views. The condo is immaculate, boasts a modern design, open spacious, living concept and huge granite breakfasts island. It’s quiet and comfortable and the bedrooms are large, sheets are super soft and beds are comfy! The showers are luxurious, the closets are super spacious. The condo boasts a wall……

“The property was easy to find. Instructions provided were great. We were attending the Clinton Anderson Walkabout Tour that was in Conroe. We preferred staying near the lake. It was easy to get over to Conroe. Our stay was very quick and we didn't spend much time at the condo nor did we have time to explore the property amenities. But, the condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.”

“We have stayed at two other properties at this location over the last several years, this year, both were booked, so we gave this location a try for Spring Break. Although fishing off the balcony was horrible until the morning we were checking out, probably due to colder weather, we had a blast. The accommodations were clean and cozy. The owners were accomodating, and allowed a few family members in the area to fish and enjoy my cooking in their amazing kitchen one afternoon. No fish were too be……

“Kelly was super accomodating and friendly she even put our names on a welcome frame and prepared some snacks / beverages, the place was very neat and tidy and in close proximity of the lake. the only minor downside was the security at the gate, even though Kelly emailed our check in and check out dates to the security personnel they were still giving us a hard time everytime we tried to get in after initial check in”
