  • House Can Piu is special for being an authentic Mallorcan house, which preserves all the details and qualities it deserves, and at the same time mixes a modern style that makes it special and avant-garde. It stands out for its natural materials and exceptional quality, with wooden beams, stone-lined walls, natural wooden floors in the rooms... Villa Can Piu has a private pool and barbecue to enjoy magnificent family holidays. Modern summer house in Binissalem for 6 people, 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, 1 outdoor bathroom, wifi and furnished terrace, ideal for families with children. The little ones can enjoy a new football table. The house is located just 30 minutes from Puerto de Alcudia beach and 25 minutes from Palma airport.

We really enjoyed staying in Binnisalem and in the house. Very nice house, very nice town with friendly people and good restaurants! It's a very nice location close to shops, restaurants and fairly close to the train station. We would love to come back one day!

Wir waren für 5 Tage dort und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Der Ort ist wirklich sehr ruhig und nicht von Touristen überlaufen. Direkt gegenüber gab es ein Bioladen was sehr praktisch war. Außerdem gibt es auch viele andere Supermärkte in erregbarer Nähe.

Amazing stay! Pool is small but does the job. Clean on arrival, check in and out was fine however, dependant on property manager. Comfortably sleeps 5 adults, but downstairs bedroom was not air conditioned. Kitchen well equipped as well. A short walk into town. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!

La ubicación en el centro de isla te viene muy a mano ir a cualquier sitio enseguida y al llegar a la casa refrescarnos en la piscina.. Lo único que no ifuncionaba la bañera de hidromasaje,pero tampoco lo publicitaban, así que nada.y la foto de la piscina estaba retocada y parecía más grande,pero no importa porque estaba bien.

Wir haben mit 5 Personen in diesem Haus Urlaub gemacht und hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit! Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und die Kommunikation verlief auch gut. Binissalem ist ein kleiner süßer Ort und direkt gegenüber des Hauses ist ein Biosupermarkt und im Ort gibt es viele kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Ausreichende Ausstattung, was Handtücher und Co angeht, stand uns auch alles zur Verfügung. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, wenn man sich die Insel angucken möchte. 2 Zimmer im Obergeschoss sind klimatisiert, ein Zimmer unten hat einen Ventilator. Der Pool ist auch sehr sauber und angemessen groß. Der Garten liegt Richtung Hauptstraße, die etwas lauter sein kann, aber wir fanden es ok. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Ein kleiner Hinweis von uns ist noch, dass man die Kurtaxe bedenken sollte, die man beim Check-In bezahlen muss.
