Nightmare on holiday

I had reservations for a month and when I left for a couple of days to attend some personal business,the managers packed my bags(without even notifying me)and probably(I suspect) rented the apt to somebody else claiming that they didn’t see my other reservations(all paid in full by me)and they also called hotels.com wrongfully accusing me of owing them money.When they returned my belongings upon me returning,a nr of items were missing.It was a terrible experience,I felt violated,my privacy out of the window and such
