“This is not a quiet hotel. It is more of a B&B. It is a beautiful place, and the art installations are really interesting. The furnishings in the room are really cool and funky. The neighborhood is very quaint, and the end is close to cafés and bars and galleries. That’s the good. There are no staff on site after the afternoon. One night there was no hot water. Their system usually depends on solar panels, but there had not been sun and somebody forgot to turn on the back up. The rooms……

“Convenient, affordable room to stay. But most of the stores nearby are closed on weekend.”

“Cleanliness throughout was the best part. My room was spacious. I did not like the local room at the front of the building. It was strangely noisy at night, with dogs barking and noise from karaoke club behind the hotel. All in all it was a good experience in the location, away from the hustle and bustle.”

“Very nice! The hotel is not located in the beach area, but is 1minutes way to the metro station, half an hour to the Ipanema! The service is good ,especially the breakfast!”

“The property was nice. The room (on 4th floor) had an interesting smell. I thought it smelled like moth repellant or cockroach repellant. But my wife said it smelled like moist mold or something. It wasn’t very bad. Breakfast was very good. The staff was really great. ”

“Buenísimo hotel. El personal siempre muy atento. La habitación estaba espectacular, la ducha amplia y el baño en buenas condiciones. El desayuno estaba delicioso. Nosotros con mi novia llegamos tipo 3 am al hotel (nuestro vuelo aterrizaba aproximadamente a las 2 am) y nos recibieron sin problema alguno para hacer el check in.”

“Excelente ubicacion cercana a todos los sitios de interes a visitar en el centro de Rio de Janeiro. Desayuno muy completo y variado. Mi habitacion tenía visya directa a la Catedral y desde el rooftop se puede apreciar Pan de Azucar, Cristo Redentor, Santa Teresa, La Catedral y otros lugares mas.”

“Die Vila Santa Teresa ist ein wunderschönes, kleines Boutique Hotel, dass sich anfühlt als wäre man bei Freunden zu Hause eingeladen (das Hotel hat nur 7 Zimmer - auf jeden Fall eins mit Blick auf die Stadt und den Zuckerhut buchen!). Die Aussicht auf Rio ist atemberaubend, das Essen ausgezeichnet und der Service hervorragend. Roberto, der „Butler“, liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist bemüht jedem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich zu machen. Man wohnt zwar etwas……

“Hotel bem localizado com estacionamento para hóspedes incluso. Tive um problema no check-in, por alguma má comunicação do hotel com o site, não conseguiam localizar a minha reserva, me incomodou um pouco o staff me deixar de lado e atender a longa fila de pessoas atrás de mim ao invés de resolver meu problema, acabei ficando nervosa com a situação, pois o hotel não localizava minha reserva a qual eu mostrava o comprovante e recibo de pagamento e disseram não ter um canal direto com a expedia,……
