Apartments in Contra Costa County

"Nice place to stay"

"The host was highly responsive. There is no AC. The shower water pressure was very weak. Some of the bathroom furniture had obvious signs of wear. The ladder was not comfortable to use. Cats everywhere outside. Strong smell of cat feces and urine all over property inside and outside. Stove would not properly light."

"If I can give 0 starts I would,Is the worst place to stay, they don’t left enough towels. The place don’t have AC,the third “room” has a very dangerous stairs ,you can’t open the windows , in my opinion it was too expensive for how the place was, the tv din’t work too,PLEASE DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!"

"It was a great place to stay. Very clean and host was very responsive. I will be staying again."

"Comfortable, clean, and great location .Host is available and responsive."

"Everything was great!! The host was very welcoming and answered all my questions. "

We loved having our own outdoor space and the park across the street was a nice place for a little walk."

"This is the worst experience we have ever had. We rented this place for 2 nights. Everything was OK the 1st night. However on the 2nd night around midnight the carbon monoxide/smoke detector alarms started going off. There was no smoke anywhere. We were startelled and started opening all windows and the front door to let fresh air in. We were at this point starting to have headaches and we knew this was an emergency. I messaged the host with this emergency he didn't reply until the next...
