「Check in was great, we were allowed to check in extremely early and it was easy to access the house. However, this location had an issue from the beginning as it smelled of gas. Then, we noticed an awful I'm sewage smell coming from the kitchen sink, we have to buy fabuloso and soak the sink and it still did not go away fully. 「The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. 」

There is no air conditioning but it was cool enough during the evenings to open the windows 3. There is a rooster nearby that crows early in the morning 4. My friend Mary Beth bought salt and pepper and donated it to the apartment for future guests to use. 「This was perfect for our vacation- near the city with easy access to lots of great places in the Bay Area but quiet and secluded for winding down at the end of the day. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host is attentive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again! We loved having our own outdoor space and the park across the street was a nice place for a little walk.」
