Questo hotel gode di ottimo personale pulizia top stanze nuove ma sopratutto pulite l unica cosa che mi sentirei di consigliare è di mettere un frigo in camera. Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room. Needless to say, neither was present. I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week. Next week I will stay at a different hotel.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo della struttura è apparso adeguato alle aspettative. Pur apprezzando la gentilezza e la disponibilità offerta dal personale in servizio, è apparsa migliorabile la suddivisione di alcune attività di accettazione/prenotazione/registrazione, tutte accentrate presso la reception dell'hotel dove, in un alcune fasce orarie, attesa la presenza costante di un solo operatore, i tempi di attesa sono apparsi oltremodo elevati. Tali criticità emergono in modo prepotente soprattutto nelle fasi di check in & check out, momenti in cui i tempi di attesa devono necessariamente essere più contenuti.

Worst hotel ever

Check in was ok, there was a language barrier. We were told the pool was open till 6:30 and it wasn’t. As we got in we were kicked out. There is a charge for the indoor pool, which we were told was 10 but see signs saying 5. The hotel is having building works. People were working as we went to our room. The whole place smells of sewage. We tried to get a drink at the bar but they didn’t have basic things like lemonade. I went to walk the dog and we were attacked by stray dogs that roam both the property and outside and the car park. They are there day and night barking and chasing. Dogs also going around the car park urinating on all the cars. Went back to the room and found it was mouldy, furniture was rubbish, tv not viewable, curtains broken, fire alarm was covered and AC didn’t really work. Tried to talk to reception was told it had to wait until morning as he didn’t speak English, he was more of a night watch man. There are no security doors and the fire doors are propped open and the fire alarm looked like it was still being installed. The room balcony had no furniture to sit on. I got up in the morning to walk the dog and was attacked again by stray dogs. We decided to check out as the hotel didn’t seem to understand the issues. I thought I agreed with reception I would pay for the night we stayed and be refunded the rest and the manager would contact me. This did not happen, her English was ok on check in but nothing when there was an issue. Still no contact or refund

Hotel has probably seen it’s day. Photo of outdoor pool shown on Expedias website was the draw to stay there. Pool is closed! FALSE ADVERTISING! General staff was very helpful and tried hard to help the guests but we were shocked to wake up to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs berating some poor fellow. Turned out she was someone important in the hotel chain of command, she was sitting in a nice office. Not used to this kind of abuse at full volume and in earshot of everyone who was in the lobby. I heard it from our second floor room! Very reminiscent of the old British sitcom “Fawlty Towers”. Take a pass on this place it’s in the middle of nowhere as well.

Vorrei ma non posso!!

Albergo senza lode e senza infamia, si alternano una bella piscina termale con piacevoli spazi ombreggiati, ad una esigua e triste colazione della quale mia figlia, essendo diabetica, non ha potuto usufruire perchè elencava solamente dolci (di bassa qualità) senza nessuna presenza salata. Presente una palestra come da foto publicitaria non fruibile perchè priva di insegnante, letti un po attempati con materassi che avevano visto tempi migliori, camere spaziose e pulite sfortunatamente prive di frigobar che date le temperature esterne non sarebbe stato male. Come spesso capita durante i soggiorni albergo con molte potenzialità ma non sfruttate.

Bellissimo hotel immerso nel verde con terme. Siamo stati veramente bene, è un bellissimo posto per rilassarsi e prendersi cura di sé, ed anche una piccola pausa dalla routine. Tra le tante si mangia benissimo. Da provare assolutamente.

Relax

Il viaggio di per sè è stato molto rilassante. Io e il mio fidanzato siamo stati benissimo e ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Unica pecca, dovrebbero far giocare i bambini da un’altra parte senza schizzare e dare fastidio ad altre persone che stanno in un weekend di relax. Quantomeno giocare nel rispetto degli altri.

Come 3 stelle è sorprendente, molto meglio di diversi 4 stelle che abbiamo visitato. Camera pulita ma un po striminzita per una tripla ,colazione ottima e abbondante e di qualità, personale gentile, disponibile e professionale. Ci ritorneremo.
