Die Vermieter, Maria und Miquele, haben uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang bereitet und haben unseren Aufenthalt hilfreich begleitet. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und alles für den Aufenthalt war bestens vorbereitet, sodass wir den Urlaub vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag genießen konnten.

Villa très agréable et bien située pour visiter les Pouilles.Les propriétaires sont très sympas et vous accompagnerons dans votre séjour pour avoir les endroits à visiter et les bonnes adresses.La maison est sécurisée avec un portail et clôturée, il y a la maison du frère du propriétaire juste à côté, mais ils sont très discret, en 5 jours on ne les a jamais vu.On a déjà loué beaucoup de maison, mais c'est la première où il y a vraiment tout dedans, même des fruits, des snacks salés et sucrés, du dentifrices, un produit bucco-dentaire, on se croirait dans un hôtel.Le seul petit bémol est que la chambre done sur la route, qui à partir de 6h du matin est assez fréquentée. Si vous vivez en ville et avez l'habitude d'une route, vous entendrez rien, il y a du double vitrage, mais si vous n'avez pas l'habitude comme nous, alors il faut des boules Quies, on en a toujours, donc on à très bien dormi.

Property is conveniently located just outside of Conversano and served as a great base site for day tripping through the Puglia region. Initially, it is somewhat difficult to locate as the property is gated without clear signage. However, the host responded quickly to provide clear instructions and met us at the gates. Unit itself is a lovely cottage with a single interior bath as opposed to the two as advertised. There is an exterior shower for use. The hosts have furnished the property to provide a homey atmosphere. They also graciously provided an assortment of fruits, drinks, and snacks as a welcoming gift. They provided information on local sights, events, and restaurants. Hosts were a delight.

Outstanding hospitality

The property was extremely well equipped and the hosts had thoughtfully provisioned it with a wide range of food, drink, toiletries and items that you hardly ever find in a rental house. This included local oil, milk and a substantial supply of bottled water. All of this made the arrival process much smoother than usual. The availability of bedding and towels was also outstanding. The location of the property made it a good base from which to explore the region, but the position of the house next to an extremely busy main road (both day and night) means that it is far from being a peaceful rural idyll. As a final point, I must say that the hosts were extremely helpful and informative and could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable.

Belle maison proche de la mer Adriatique

Accueil très chaleureux de Maria et Michele ! Maison charmante avec grande terrasse. Maison à 5-6 km de la mer , bien située pour visiter la region. Nous avons eu quelques désagréments avec le réseau électrique mais Maria et Michele ont réagi immédiatement pour résoudre cela. Sejour agréable, à recommander !!!

Wonderful people and beautiful property. Michele and Maria are like family..very thoughtful and caring. Their home is gorgeous and a dream getaway in small Italian town and all the amenities you could need. Looking forward to visiting again.

Uitstekend verblijf! Een aanrader!

In Villa Maria kregen we een heel warm onthaal van de eigenaars Michele en Maria. Twee lieve mensen, bij wie we steeds terecht konden. Het huis was kraaknet en gezellig ingericht. Ook was alles er aanwezig om van een zorgeloos verblijf te kunnen genieten. Villa Maria is ook ideaal gelegen, om van daaruit diverse stadjes, kuststadjes en stranden te bezoeken. We hebben hier een mooie vakantie van 14 dagen doorgebracht en er ook volop van genoten. Hierbij willen we Michele en Maria nogmaals bedanken voor hun gastvrijheid en goede zorgen!

The property is in an ideal location to explore the region, well presented and furnished with ample outside space. Michele and Maria provide a warm welcome and have an extensive knowledge of the area and the attractions and are always available for assistance and advice. Would definitely visit again.

Sonniges Paradies

Wir waren 3 Wochen in dem Haus mit einem riesigen traumhaften Garten mit vielen Sitzmöbeln in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Die Lage ist für Leute, die Apulien , Solent und Basilicata erkunden wollen hervorragend, in 10 Min. ist man auf der Schnellstraße. Unser Vermieter einmalig herzlich und liebendwürdig. Haben keine Wünsche offengelassen. Ebenfalls super waren die Nachbarn. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Renate und Joachim aus Hamburg.

Perfekte Unterkunft um Apulien zu Entdecken

Unglaublich nette Vermieter haben uns willkommen geheißen und wir haben uns für 11 Tage wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bildet einen perfekten Standort um das vielfältige Apulien zu erkunden. Besonders die großzügigen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den Terrassen sind ebenfalls zu erwähnen. Empfehlenswert!!!

Villa Maria is een echte topper . Zeer net, heel comfortabel, goede parkeermogelijkheid en prachtige terrassen en tuin . Michele en Maria zijn een uitstekende gastheer en gastvrouw : prima onthaal, uiterst vriendelijk , meelevend en spontaan bereid om te helpen waar nodig . Zeer aangename mensen ! A perfect location for exploring Puglia

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by our hosts. They had thought of everything to make our two week stay special. Villa Maria was spacious and extremely well equipped. A beautiful outside sitting/ eating area made the accommodation perfect. The property was very secure with plenty of off road parking. We travelled extensively using Villa Maria as a very convenient base and would have no hesitation in booking this property again in the future. Finally, this location made for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Wir waren leider nur 4 Tage im Haus, können jedoch durchaus beurteilen, dass wirklich alles sehr gut war. Sei es die Lage , das abgeschlossene Grundstück, 2 schöne Terrassen sowie die Innenausstattung, neues Bad, Küche mit Backofen, großem Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und sämtlichen Küchenutensilien, die man braucht. Besonders herzlich und gastfreundlich sind die Besitzer Maria und Michele, die gerne auch mit kleinen Geschenken ( Obst, Olivenöl,..) aufwarten. Gute Infos über die interessanten sight seeings. Insgesamt: sehr empfehlenswert

Très belle maison

Maria et Michele sont très sympatiques et très acceuillant. Tous les placard sont plein! Très grande terrasse, très bien placée. Seul inconvénient, la maison est située au bord de la route qui est très passante.

A very well equipped, comfortable house!

We had a 5 night stay at villa Maria. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of our hosts was outstanding! The villa was very comfortable with plenty of space inside and out. There are two very spacious patio areas with excellent outdoor furniture and shade. Would highly recommend this property. Very well positioned for exploring the area. Definitely five stars!

Propriétaires et voisins très sympathiques

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour dans la Villa Maria, entourée d'oliviers. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et chaleureux, ils se sont montrés très attentionnés afin de rendre notre séjour des plus agréables possibles. Si vous recherchez une location propre et fonctionnelle, avec des propriétaires accueillants et souriants, nous vous recommandons cette Villa ! Vous y ferez également la connaissance de Flora, Angi et... Gigi. La maison est très bien située, proche des beaux sites et des plages.
