- Charming cottage fully renovated in 2017, located on a quiet street in Conway’s historic district, just steps from downtown shops and dining. Less than a mile from UCA, CBC and Hendrix. Features include a stocked kitchen with quartz counters, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs to stream your favorite shows, laundry room, 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds. This cottage is centrally located, top notch decorations and supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. I would love to buy it! I will definitely be back and stay there again. The park across the street was great for the little ones and for my grandson who loves basketball. Two blocks down Robinson is a bigger playground, but the one across the street works great as well.
