“Property was just as described and more. Quite with lake view and access to put canoe into the water. The fire pit was perfect with chairs already set up. Set up inside was great. The light switches were the only downside. There were so many that went to nothing we could figure out. The sliding doors were also not the easiest to use, impossible for kids but seeing as I didn’t want them out without us anyway I wasn’t bothered by it. “My family spent a couple days at this charming cabin as described close to several ski resorts. Due to arctic temperatures and blasting winds we ended up spending more time inside the cabin than on the slopes. Nevertheless we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The host was very pleasant and responsive. We would love to return another winter.”

“Perfectly clean and everything worked. Lights a little tricky to figure out. No dishwasher and could use places to hang up towels. Some poison ivy outside. Other than that, it was a nice, quiet, well-kept place, pleasantly decorated, exactly as advertised. Nice area, too.”

“We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!……

“Four of us stayed here for a weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was nice. A very windy uphill road to get there. It's close enough to shopping.”

“The property is nicely located for visiting surrounding hiking trails and points of interest .We visited some great local restaurants and shops and went on The Cog Railway, which was wonderful! The house is comfortable and nicely furnished, and the hot tub was a big hit! There were thoughtful little surprises waiting for us, and Abbey and her team were quick to answer any questions before and during the trip. Thanks so much for everything!”

“We had a lovely stay in the A-Frame! It was such a an easy drive to nearby hikes and North Conway. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a campfire, a movie, and the Sonos speakers. We wished we had stayed longer, and will definitely be back!”

“Upon arrival, we were greeted to a welcoming wave and smile by Kyle the property manager. Kyle was wonderful to work with over the phone and took care of booking issues promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay in Holderness. The unit itself was very cute and adequate for our stay. However, we would like to have had some coffee on hand in the kitchen and perhaps some glass microwavable containers to use during our stay. “Shiva gave us excellent information about the area and was very clear, responsive and accurate, about the check-in procedure.In regard to the kitchen facilities they were as you would expect from an excellent rental location. We were able to prepare a meal for seven very successfully after a full day at Storyland. The kitchen was well stocked with herbs and spices as well as providing an excellent place to serve a wonderful meal. ”

"oh my god i love here，This was the most wonderful time during this period for me. I'm sure I'll come again. Although it's close to the lake, the bed is not damp at all. The nature is very beautiful and the air is very fresh. But I suggest coming when the weather is warm because it's too cold to swim or row a boat"

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
