This lovely house is less than 20 minutes drive from Knock International Airport and is very central to all the surrounding attractions and makes an excellent starting point for your adventure.
As a self-catering house, you will find everything you need for a perfect stay. Free superfast Starlink WiFi is also provided.
All set on the ground floor, this house has 3 comfortable bedrooms - 2 Double and 1 Twin and can easily sleep 6. It also has a sitting room, bathroom, kitchen and front porch.
The sitting room has a multi fuel stove. The stove which has a back boiler provides central heating throughout. A starter pack for the stove is included in the rent. There is also oil central heating which is meter read. Electricity is included in the rent.
It also offers a T.V with free to air channels , a DVD Player with a selection of DVD's and games which makes it the prefect place to relax.
The kitchen has a fridge, an electric oven and hob, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave and a washing machine. There is also a fire blanket in the kitchen. This well equipped kitchen has all the facilities to prepare a tasty meal or even put together a packed lunch for your daily activities.
The bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and w/c (a raised toilet seat is available on request).
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are also provided.
A Travel Cot and Highchair are also provided.
This house has enclosed private lawns to front and rear, providing privacy and security at all times. Garden furniture is also provided so why not sit outside and enjoy the tranquil surroundings after a long day of exploring and sightseeing. There is also ample off road private parking.
There is also a garage with an additional fridge/freezer and recyclable bins provided.
There is an outdoor clothes line and an in-door clothes line in the garage.
