Waterfall Hunters

Beautiful place - enjoyed staying here. We visited at least 20 waterfalls within 2 hours of Cookeville, TN. The only thing we missed was a regular coffee pot. We had to go to Walmart to get a single serve universal coffee cup for the Keurig coffee maker so we could use the coffee we brought with us.

Very Good Neighborhood

Our stay was wonderful on Cookeville, TN. The property was very very clean, quiet area, host of VRBO Property was very communative. Checking in and out was very easy.

Great Place

This is a great place if you're into nature. So close to many state parks and waterfalls. Owner was quick to respond with our needs and check in was a breeze. We'll probably be back.

Cute and quiet getaway

This home was absolutely perfect! Clean as a whistle! Beds were comfortable! Enough towels, coffee pods, tide pods, toiletries were provided. Easy check in and check out. Location was perfect for our vacation visiting waterfalls!

We were very pleased with the house. It was centrally located for our needs. Queen beds were very comfortable. Plenty of seating for our family. Nice place to relax. Kitchen had all we needed to cook for our family.

Great Rental!

We stayed here for 4 nights to have time with our daughter and her husband. The house was super comfortable, incredibly clean and very well appointed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Located in a very quiet country neighborhood setting. Highly recommend!! Also, wonderful communication with the Host! Thank you for a lovely get away!!

Nice & Smooth

Clean & a perfect size house for 4-7 people. A bit of a distance from the main road, yet, close to so much. We found a community pool a few miles away, beautiful scenic parks & many restaurants nearby on interstate drive,(they call it restaurant row).

Perfect Place for our family trip

The house was clean, and the perfect layout for our group. My mom and I traveling with three kids, its hard to find the appropriate number of beds. Someone usually ends up on the floor. At this house, everyone got a bed, and a place to spread out. The property manager was quick to respond when we had questions, and the neighborhood was very quiet.
